Patong Premier Resort, Patong

I was really looking forward to my stay but ended up feeling quite disappointed. The location of the hotel was convenient for walking to Bangla Road and the beach, but the noisy surroundings affected my experience. Although the initial room I received was not great, I appreciated that the staff eventually moved me to a better room. However, the amenities like the pool and exercise equipment were out of service, which was frustrating. Breakfast was underwhelming, and I think there’s room for improvement in this hotel.

I had high hopes for this hotel, especially with its proximity to attractions like Bangla Road, but my stay was quite disappointing. The initial room I was given was noisy and had a bad smell, which wasn't what I expected based on the website. Only after a few days was I moved to a better room. While the reception staff was friendly, they struggled with English. Breakfast offerings were underwhelming, and the pool was out of service during my entire stay, which was a letdown.
